Any professional services provided by SCATE are governed by separate written agreements (such as statements of work, consulting agreements, or master services agreements). These Terms do not create any obligation for SCATE to provide services. Engagement for services requires mutual written agreement on scope, fees, timelines, and other terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCATE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the content is accurate, complete, or current.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
