SEEKS TO HARNESS THE PROMISE OF INTERACTIVE TELEVISION

(Orion, MI - February 22, 2006) SCATE® Technologies, Inc. announced today the formation of its new interactive television research and product development group, SCATE® iTV3™. With the infrastructure required for quality interactive television products in North America now largely in place, SCATE® will aggressively pursue this market with both new products, and adaptations of its current lineup.

SCATE® iTV3™ will be led by a select team of visionaries, developers and product marketing experts that have been carefully hand picked to integrate the interactive television experience into the American household. SCATE® iTV3™ will create flexible and functional interactive television products by focusing on research, design and testing of interactive television concepts that will act as focal points for revolutionary product development.

The SCATE® iTV3™ team brings to bear more than 60 years of working experience in interactive communications, instructional design theory and real-world implementations to provide essential underlying strategic and tactical direction. SCATE® iTV3™ will select high-potential opportunities that enhance the delivery of academic and skills-based learning, as well as those that broaden the depth and appeal of sports and entertainment programming. SCATE® iTV3™ is also seeking third party investors interested in participating in the explosive growth opportunities on the interactive television landscape.

SCATE® iTV3™ Team Leader, Joel Milinsky said, "Detroit (other than being the birthplace of the US auto industry) created corporate industrial training and communication filmmaking. As far as interactive media, the Detroit production community has always led the way to innovate non-linear and asynchronous program development. Our plan includes continuing on the path of innovation by supporting this new industry with superior interactive training materials and designs."

SCATE® iTV3™ Interactive Marketing Consultant, Jeremy Eckhous added "With the promise of interactive television, we will have the capability to combine the high-fidelity digital television experience with the enormous communications potential of real-time interactivity. We are convinced that learning, entertainment, and commerce will adapt quickly to this newly emerging potential."

The SCATE® iTV3™ team has extensive experience in the development and deployment of interactive computer applications within the corporate setting, technical training, experiential marketing, business intelligence, and K-12 academic and career environments. Add to that the existing portfolio of SCATE® software products such as SCATE® Ignite®, Exceed™ and Accelerate™ and solutions come in to focus.

"We aim to leverage our proprietary technologies to allow subject matter experts to create, produce and publish content via the interactive television platforms that already exist in most homes" said Steve Sadler, SCATE® President and CEO. "Our mission is to simplify without sacrificing quality, and we are very excited by the possibilities" said Sadler. Mr. Sadler added that "Our product vision includes the ability to interact with the customer, allowing them to at the very least, obtain real-time feedback, and even more importantly, sell products and services on the spot."
